Triathlon in the meantime...

On September 11th, John competed in the Prarieman Triathlon, a half-ironman distance, up in Grand Prarie, TX. He finished a 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, and a 13.1 run in just over 7-1/2 hours. This was John's first half-ironman distance race and fourth triathlon of the season. I dyed his beard with red and blue dye to make an American flag for the occasion.
